Restaking with validator hosts like Allnodes and StakeFish?

What do we think about hosting an ETH validator with a service like Allnodes and StakeFish and setting its withdrawl address to your Eigenpod?

Seems like there would be a few details that would have to be considered by the host. For example Allnodes sends execution rewards to the withdrawal address, so that would be a problem (EigenPods are not supposed to receive validator execution rewards).

What else is there to think about?

I am surprised none of the vals hosting services are supporting EL restaking as an integration yet, I suspect they all will soon enough.

By the way p2p org supports EigenLayer restaiking. AFAIK to support EigenLayer restaking from staking provider’s perspective it should be enough to allow users set different execution rewards address just as you mentioned.
