I think many cosmos chains would be interested in leveraging Eigenlayr for the security of their chains over ICS.
Zaki originally posed this idea previously and I think it could be an interesting way for Cosmos chains to be integrated into the Ethereum community.
Would love to see if people can poke holes in this idea :)
Had an idea on this. I think we’ll see more sovereign L1’s built with cosmos, but the bridges will be secured by a more aligned party who can choose forks (e.g. EigenLayer controls the bridge contract on Ethereum and can upgrade it if the L1 forks). If anyone from EL has some docs, would love to build out a PoC if no one’s done it
