We have more than 3 years of experience and always contribute to the networks we validate on. Here are some details: https://kingsuper.org/services.
We have experience with Ethereum staking and liquid staking, and have taken part in many iterations of Lido’s DVT testnets. We also operate many Ethereum validators

  • Team: We are a skilled team of former software developers with extensive expertise in providing validation services. Our team comprises five highly technical people. Learn more about us on our team page

  • Mainnet restake amount: 400 ETH

  • Where do you run your infra: Bangalore, India

  • What rate do you plan to set your operator commission rate: 2 to 5% depending upon market conditions.

  • Performance Metrics: During the tenure of our operation on the Goerli Eigen Layer testnet, we had a 100% uptime score and processed batches at a standard rate. We applied every update on time, too.

  • EigenDA Testnet Performance:

  • Describe your experience running the EigenDA testnet.

We ran an operator for the entirety of the Goerli testnet, took part in EigenDa AVS for the majority of the duration, we maintained high uptime and built our monitoring and alerting stack around it preparing for the mainnet.

  • How long were you in the active set?

Our operator was in the active set for about 2.8 months.

  • What were your performance metrics?

We operated with uptime > 99.96% and maintained a stable and standard batch processing rate and performed all the node upgrades in a timely fashion.

  • Plans to opt-into additional AVSs:
    • Are you running any AVS testnets other than EigenDA?

We briefly registered for the Omni network and plan to run it again when the testnet is back and running on Holesky.

  • Are there any AVSs you plan to opt-in to?

Yes, as of now, we have plans to onboard the Omni network, Espresso system on mainnet, many more to follow.

  • How do you plan to evaluate AVSs?

We will build a framework to evaluate each AVS, a rough idea is laid out below:

We plan to initially onboard only permissioned Actively Validated Services (AVS), due to the inherent risk profile of permissionless AVS. By taking this approach, we aim to avoid unnecessary risks such as false slashing incidents caused by bugs in the AVS software.

Over time, we intend to maintain about 80% of our total AVS support for those within the permissioned tier, with oversight from a Slashing Veto Committee. We will gradually allow for up to 20% of our total to comprise permissionless AVS. This strategy ensures that the stakes delegated to us are managed with minimized risk. Our phased approach allows for careful risk management while progressively expanding our support for AVS.

We will evaluate each AVS independently before starting to support it. Onboarding each AVS not just brings additional reward but also brings additional risks of AVS’s slashing conditions. The exact framework is still in work but we will consider:

  1. If the AVS is supported by the slashing veto committee.
  2. How big is the reward yield compared to its risk.
  3. The project’s reputation and how many audits they have for their AVS software.

  • Are there any types of AVSs you would not opt into?

We will not opt into the permissionless tier initially and will limit our exposure to the permissionless tier to 20%. Also, we will not opt into AVSs whose benefits are unclear and where the reward to risk factor is pretty low.

Now the project rebranded to the Threshold network and their founder runs DEX Curve. Deploying pooled staking smart-contract, developing UI to interact with Ethereum smart-contracts, running Ursula node and there were many other interesting things in their testnet.

  • The Graph, was a big long testnet, with a lot of infra under maintenance. Subgraphs, full archive Ethereum node, indexing, curations etc. 20m$+ (ATH) were delegated to the indexer.

Experience: One decade in crypto with hands on experience mining BTC, ETH (pre PoS), LTC and more. Actively running Elixir, Shardeum, and EigenLayer (operators & validators). Successfully ran Goerli ETH validators.

Team: Solo operator with access and capacity to hire top devs I have collaborated with in the past (dev experience: ETH L1 & L2s, Ordinals, SOL, Cosmos, Polkadot)

Mainnet restake amount: TBD… (Top 10-25 by TVL in Testnet, access to Institutional capital for mainnet Top 200)

Where do you run your infra: EU, US

What rate do you plan to set your operator commission rate: We will establish a commission structure that enables sustainable operation of our validators while passing on maximum value to our restakers.

Performance Metrics: Top percentile performance across networks.

EigenDA Testnet Performance:

  • We were part of the Top 10-25 by TVL in the active set. Prior to opting in we ran multiple operators for over a month. We attained 100% performance score for 3-4 weeks in the active set. We deposited additional goerliETH opt-in another operator (Top 5 by TVL) prior to Goerli halting.

What were your performance metrics?

Plans to opt-into additional AVSs:

  • Our end goal is to create maximal risk-adjusted returns for our restakers while achieving 99th percentile performance for our validators. Therefore, our plans for opting into AVSs will involve a balanced approach that considers the risk and rewards of each incremental AVS we support in our hardware.

  • Our opt-in strategy involves a case by case analysis of risk/return profiles of qualified AVSs. We will evaluate AVS teams, backing, execution, security, reputation and product/market fit prior to engaging further. We will not opt-in to AVSs that do not meet our criteria (i.e. low risk adjusted rewards) and thus subject our restakers to slashing risk.
