This proposal introduces targeted changes to the EIGEN and BackingEIGEN (bEIGEN) tokens
This upgrade will enhance security, improve maintainability and observability, and reduce user gas cost, by:
- simplify token logics and remove legacy transfer restrictions, which is essentially dead code
- consolidate minting function from disparate locations in 2 token contracts, into a single source of truth in bEIGEN
- add necessary events
