This proposal outlines the development of a Project Progress Tracking Dashboard for EigenLayer-funded initiatives — including grants — designed to provide the community with a transparent, user-friendly platform to monitor the progress of funded work. Motivation
Currently, tracking the progress of EigenLayer’s funded initiatives is fragmented, with updates scattered across forum posts, Discord, and other community channels. This lack of cohesion limits the community’s ability to effectively oversee projects, evaluate performance, and act on potential issues quickly.
Rationale
To address this, we propose building a Project Progress Tracker with the following features tailored to EigenLayer’s structure and governance workflow:
